we communicate with our customers by fax, telephone, mail
and personal visits. All inquiries, quotation requests and tenders receive
prompt replies and follow-up.
Orders are processed quickly and efficiently using a combination of computer
automation and personal attention. Large orders consisting of products from
many different manufacturers are consolidated in our warehouse. They are
then checked before being packed in crates, cartons of containers, as
required, for shipment overseas via air or ocean freight.
We work closely with our forwarding agents of the forwarding agents of your
choice to make sure that all documentation is quickly and accurately
completed to ensure that your order arrives at its destination without
delays. We also work closely with you and your bank when Letters of Credit
are opened in our favor. insurance on your shipments is available as
required to meet your needs.
